1. DO YOU SHIP TO MY LOCATION?
We can deliver to most parts of the world, we will provide safe and fast delivery of your order.
2. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- US Customers - Shipping fees start from $5. Due to customs policies, free shipping is temporarily unavailable.
- CA, UK, EU, AU, RU,... and Rest of World Customers - Shipping fees start from $5. FREE shipping on all orders over US$500
3. SHIPPING TIMES
- STANDARD: 14-21 business days
- PREMIUM: 7-10 business days
Note: These times do not include our 1-2 days order processing time. Shipping times are to be taken as an estimate only.
- We will ship your order out as soon as possible. All in-stock items will be shipped out within 1-2 working days, and pre-sale items will be shipped within 3-15 working days. Please double check the item description for specific shipping estimates on pre-sale items.
- Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information.
- Worldwide delivery times will vary based on location. Most orders should arrive within 5-7 working days of shipment.
4. TRACKING & DELIVERY
- We will send out tracking information to the email address provided once the order has been shipped.
- Once the package has been handed over for shipment, it immediately becomes the property of the customer. If there are any issues with a package during transportation or customs according to the tracking status, please contact the provided courier to help claim your package or resolve any issues.
- We reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.
- If the Customer believes their nominated delivery address will be unattended at the time of delivery, we suggest nominating an address that the Customer knows will be attended during regular business hours. If the nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave the Goods in a secure location under their ATL (in which case the delivery will be deemed successful by the courier) or a card will be left with details as to where the Customer can collect the Goods. At this time the Goods will be deemed delivered (‘Successful Delivery’).
- We will not be held responsible for any occurrence that may happen following the Delivery of a Good, including theft or damage if a Good is delivered to an unattended address. All risk in the Goods will remain with the Customer upon Delivery and we will not offer a replacement Good or refund a Customer for any lost or damaged Goods.
5. REFUND POLICY
In the event that your package is confirmed as lost during shipping (based on the official notice from the courier or the tracking link status), we will issue a refund of $20 per order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thanks for your understanding and support.
